Westminster Canterbury Richmond’s new dining venues are really beginning to take shape. IN JULY’S CONSTRUCTION UPDATE VIDEO, you will see a sneak peek of the new floors and tile work in the Promenade Expansion Project and a bird’s eye view of the Courtyard Elevator and Tower Resident Garden Projects.
